Yair is a Human Factors Engineer at HFCSI. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from California State University, Northridge, and is finalizing his Master’s Degree in Service Design from Politecnico di Milano in Italy. His multidisciplinary background allows him to adapt his skillset to the customer and task at hand. He loves traveling, trying new restaurants, and card games.
